The Board of Directors of Fideuram – Intesa Sanpaolo Private Banking S.p.A. adopted, at the meeting held on January 31th 2025, the new “Group Procedures regulating the conduct of transactions with related parties of Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A., associated entities of the Group and relevant parties pursuant to Article 136 of the Consolidated Law on Banking” and consequently approved the update version of the related Addendum to said Procedures containing its own resolution Rules and Resolution Procedures.
The “Group Procedures regulating the conduct of transactions with related parties of Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A., associated entities of the Group and relevant parties pursuant to Article 136 of the Consolidated Law on Banking” were also adopted by the Board of Directors of Intesa Sanpaolo Private Banking S.p.A. at the meeting held on January 30th 2025. On that occasion, Intesa Sanpaolo Private Banking S.p.A. also approved the updated Addendum to said Procedures which governs its own Rules and Resolution Procedures.
